Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers through various communication channels including outbound calls, emails, and chat. Your primary focus will be to understand client needs, provide customized solutions, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound communications with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to generate sales opportunities.

- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management team.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling clear and confident interactions with customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport quickly.
- Previous experience in telesales, B2C (business-to-consumer), or B2B (business-to-business) sales is highly desirable, demonstrating a proven track record in meeting sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
