Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the Customer Service Operations (CSO) department. This role involves a blend of administrative support, data analysis, inventory management, and collaboration with field staff to ensure smooth operational workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Service Operations team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Analyze deployment data related to operations and deliver actionable feedback to the CSO team to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Manage inventory processes, including tracking and organizing stock, while performing essential back-office assignments to support daily operations.
- Identify and recommend appropriate tools, templates, and resources that can be utilized by field staff to improve their productivity and service quality.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all interactions are conducted in fluent spoken and written English.
- Support the CSO department by traveling frequently to various locations as required, facilitating on-site coordination and operational support.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support or operations within a customer service or similar environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret deployment data and provide meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction across teams and with field personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to support operational needs and field activities.
