Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with a strong technical SEO background to design, develop, and optimize responsive websites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building websites from scratch or using popular page builders like Elementor and WPBakery. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can customize themes and plugins, ensure optimal site performance, and implement SEO best practices to enhance user experience and search engine rankings. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop fully responsive WordPress websites either from the ground up or by leveraging builders such as Elementor and WPBakery.
- Customize existing themes and plugins to align with specific client requirements and branding guidelines.
- Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO performance to ensure fast loading times and excellent usability across devices.
- Implement technical SEO strategies including schema markup, XML sitemap creation, and maintaining clean URL structures to improve site visibility and indexing.
- Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve technical issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and improper redirects.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and marketing teams to enhance user experience and improve overall site rankings through data-driven insights.
- Design graphic elements for social media campaigns and other marketing collateral, supporting brand consistency and engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical SEO and on-site optimization techniques, with a track record of improving website search performance.
- Proficiency with SEO and site audit tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to monitor and analyze website health.
- Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, enabling effective customization and troubleshooting.
- Experience in website performance optimization, with familiarity in measuring and improving Core Web Vitals and using tools like GTmetrix.
- Graphic design skills using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva to create visually appealing digital assets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
