Quality Assurance Engineer (Web Tester)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Web Developer specializing in WordPress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving bugs across websites and WordPress products, including issues related to content, graphics, coding, and automation. This role demands a strong ability to troubleshoot both frontend and backend problems, ensuring seamless functionality of websites, plugins, and custom themes. Key Responsibilities
- Debug and resolve issues across websites and WordPress products, addressing content, graphic, coding, and automation bugs effectively.
- Provide comprehensive solutions for frontend and backend challenges related to websites, WordPress plugins, and customized themes.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) testing on websites and WordPress products to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Document all QA testing processes meticulously to maintain clear records and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Generate detailed reports on QA tests performed for projects, products, and new feature rollouts, highlighting findings and recommendations.
- Design wireframes for new products and features, translating concepts into clear visual representations.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Head and Team Lead to align wireframe designs with project goals and user requirements.
- Demonstrate keen observation skills and strong time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining composure and productivity under pressure.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in debugging custom WordPress themes and working with various WordPress builders.
- Strong programming skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, and WordPress development.
- Experience in both frontend and backend troubleshooting within WordPress environments.
- Solid understanding of QA testing methodologies and documentation best practices.
- Ability to design wireframes that effectively communicate product and feature ideas.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
