Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Cold Email Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. Key Responsibilities

- Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR, to protect company reputation and avoid penalties.
- Perform meticulous list segmentation and personalize outreach to increase relevance and engagement, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with customer journey mapping and sales funnel strategies.
- Maintain proactive communication and a problem-solving mindset to adapt quickly to campaign feedback and market changes.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in creating and managing cold email campaigns with measurable success in lead generation and conversion.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce engaging and persuasive email content tailored to specific audiences.
- Proficiency in using cold email platforms such as Mailshake, Lemlist, or Growbots, as well as CRM software including HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of email marketing metrics and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
