Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to execute and support our comprehensive human resources strategy. This role involves managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with department heads to attract and retain top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with organizational goals, covering recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance.
- Assist in designing and executing recruitment plans to attract highly qualified candidates. This includes conducting initial screening interviews and coordinating the hiring process alongside department leaders.
- Manage the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture and operations.
- Support the performance appraisal cycle by facilitating employee evaluations and providing necessary documentation and guidance.
- Enforce HR policies and maintain strict adherence to labor laws and internal guidelines to ensure legal compliance and ethical standards.
- Organize and assist in training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and promoting career advancement.
- Maintain and update Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), generating regular reports to track key HR metrics and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with management to support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events to boost morale and foster a collaborative workplace culture.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices to effectively manage compliance and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to manage documentation and reporting efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including department heads and employees at all levels.
