Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator. This role involves engaging with potential customers, managing customer accounts, resolving service issues, and overseeing shipment logistics. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in relevant software, and have experience coordinating with carriers and port staff to ensure smooth and timely shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Attract and engage potential customers by responding promptly to inquiries about products and services. Provide relevant information and suggest additional offerings to enhance customer experience.
- Open new customer accounts by accurately recording all necessary account information. Maintain and update customer records regularly to ensure data accuracy.
- Address and resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying root causes, and offering effective solutions. Expedite necessary corrections or adjustments and follow up to confirm resolution.
- Manage airline and shipping line bookings efficiently, ensuring all arrangements align with customer requirements and company policies.
- Capture and input data accurately into carriers’ web-based systems to maintain up-to-date shipment information.
- Operate company-specific software applications essential to the role, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor shipments originating from main gateways, preparing all necessary export documentation in compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate closely with seaport and airport personnel to facilitate proper shipment handling and ensure timely handover to carriers, minimizing delays and disruptions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with web-based carrier systems and company software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey information and resolve customer concerns.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners such as seaport and airport staff.
