Key Responsibilities

- Actively pursue new business through cold calling, networking events, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients, attentively listening to their needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and other networking events to increase brand visibility.
- Negotiate terms, close sales deals efficiently, and manage any customer complaints or objections with professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to share insights and develop strategies that improve overall sales performance.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to internal departments to support continuous product and service improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, showing adaptability, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences.

- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, as well as productivity tools including G Suite and Microsoft Office, is preferred.
