Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our music store. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all store activities while driving sales growth and maintaining cost efficiency. This role demands a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a passion for music and musical instruments. The Store Manager will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and consistently meeting sales targets to support the store’s overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring all processes run efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee all aspects of shop operations, including inventory management, staff coordination, and customer interactions.
