Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced eCommerce Team Manager to lead and coordinate our cross-functional teams based in the UK and Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless communication between teams, and maintaining high standards of performance and customer satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex workflows and resolve issues promptly to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all members of the eCommerce team, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the UK and Pakistan teams to facilitate clear, efficient communication and collaboration.
- Monitor team performance closely, holding members accountable to deadlines and quality standards.
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues, including errors related to addresses and stock shortages, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up computers and granting necessary system access to ensure a smooth integration.
- Track the progress of workflows and provide detailed, regular reports to senior leadership to keep them informed of team status and challenges.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows, optimizing processes across departments to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Respond swiftly to crisis situations such as order delays, team inefficiencies, or stock shortages, minimizing impact on customers and operations.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for managing escalations, customer inquiries, and wholesale transactions.
- Proven experience handling wholesale enquiries and maintaining professional client communications.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a track record of successfully overseeing multifunctional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to managing workflows and ensuring operational efficiency.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset to quickly address team challenges, workflow disruptions, and urgent issues.
- Competence in using productivity and task tracking tools to monitor assignments and maintain accountability.
- Technical aptitude to support new staff onboarding, including computer setup and ensuring system functionality.
