Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage and grow our terminal business accounts, with a strong focus on Oil Marketing, LPG, and Terminal operations. This role requires an individual who can build and maintain robust relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, while driving new business opportunities and ensuring seamless coordination across various operational facets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in terminal storage, LPG transportation, and logistics, combined with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage terminal business accounts by fostering strong, collaborative relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Identify new business opportunities within Oil Marketing, LPG, and Terminal sectors. Lead contract drafting and negotiation processes to secure favorable deals.
- Coordinate and facilitate key business activities, including managing major accounts, conducting market research, and performing competitive analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
- Oversee transportation company operations, ensuring all logistics activities adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage export and import operations for petroleum products, guaranteeing timely shipments that comply with all relevant regulations.
- Support bulk purchasing and sales activities, contributing to product pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specifically for LPG Sales and Logistics operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver regular commercial and LPG business performance reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in terminal storage management and LPG transportation operations.
- Strong skills in market research and data analysis to inform business strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.
