Senior Consultant Oracle Finance

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of the Finance and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in gathering business requirements, configuring and customizing D365 modules, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration. This role demands excellent communication skills to engage with clients, conduct workshops, and support change management initiatives. The consultant will also provide subject matter expertise in financial processes and drive continuous process improvements to optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules, ensuring timely and successful delivery aligned with client expectations.
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and solution designs tailored to client needs.
Configure and customize key D365 Finance and SCM modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, and Production to meet business requirements.
Work closely with technical teams to support integration efforts, data migration, and interface design using tools such as Lifecycle Services (LCS), Data Management Framework, and Power Platform.
Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide ongoing support for end-user training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption.
Serve as a subject matter expert in financial processes including budgeting, intercompany accounting, centralized payments, and tax compliance, offering guidance and best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend scalable, industry-aligned solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Act as the primary client-facing consultant, delivering engaging workshops, product demonstrations, and presentations while managing stakeholder expectations with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Support go-live preparations and provide post-implementation hypercare to ensure business continuity, address issues promptly, and facilitate user adoption.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience configuring and customizing Finance and SCM modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, and Production.
Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
Experience collaborating with technical teams on integration, data migration, and interface development using LCS, Data Management Framework, and Power Platform tools.
Solid understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, intercompany accounting, centralized payments, and tax compliance.
Proven track record in designing and executing test plans, facilitating UAT, and supporting end-user training and change management.
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to conduct workshops, demos, and presentations effectively.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage with diverse business and technical audiences.
