Job Summary
We are seeking a talented UI/Graphic Designer to create and support engaging user interfaces for smartphone games. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing original UI elements such as buttons, menus, and workflows that enhance the overall user experience. This role requires a strong eye for aesthetics combined with functionality, ensuring that all 2D elements are organized clearly and intuitively. Key Responsibilities
- Develop new UI designs and support existing ones specifically tailored for smartphone games.
- Conceptualize and design original UI components including buttons, menus, and user workflows that are smooth, fluid, and user-friendly.
- Organize 2D visual elements in a clear, meaningful, and usable manner to optimize player interaction.
- Create detailed UI mockups, wireframes, and in-game assets such as menus, buttons, icons, and pop-ups that align with the game’s visual style.
- Ensure UI/UX consistency and quality across all projects by adhering to established design standards.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from internal reviews and user testing sessions.
- Keep abreast of current UI/UX best practices and emerging trends within the mobile gaming industry to continuously improve design quality.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles with a keen eye for both functionality and visual appeal.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash.
- Solid grasp of typographical, layout, and interaction design methodologies.
- Exceptional visual design skills with attention to clarity, usability, and aesthetics.
- Ability to take direction constructively and work efficiently based on feedback.
- Genuine passion for the gaming industry and familiarity with video games on iOS and Android platforms.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a drive to push creative boundaries beyond conventional expectations.
