We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales, BPO, and support positions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and deliver top talent efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales, BPO, and support roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of job requirements and team dynamics.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify high-quality talent.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, maintaining clear communication with both candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through innovative and creative sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly recruitment goals and hiring deadlines.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports accurately to track progress and metrics.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough reference checks to validate candidate backgrounds and qualifications.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
