Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and inventory control within our organization. Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality checks on received products to maintain high standards and ensure compliance with company specifications.
- Accurately maintain detailed records of all purchase transactions, including vendor information, quantities ordered, pricing, and delivery schedules, within internal databases.
- Keep comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of purchased items, delivery notes, and invoices for audit and reporting purposes.
- Prepare detailed purchase reports, including cost analyses, to provide insights into spending patterns and support budget management.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and initiate purchase orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock and avoid shortages.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse personnel to ensure proper storage conditions and inventory management practices are followed.
Required Qualifications
