Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to manage various employee data processes and ensure smooth workforce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll and attendance, managing benefits contributions, and supporting hiring and termination procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in HR software and Excel, and a solid understanding of labor laws to ensure compliance and efficient manpower management.

Key Responsibilities
- Issue employee codes and perform data entry for new hires using HR software.
- Update and maintain the Master Data File in Excel, ensuring all employee files are accurate and up to date.
- Process leave entries within the software and prepare comprehensive attendance reports.
- Manage biometric registration for both new and existing employees on attendance machines.
- Update resignation records for employees who have left the organization in the HR system.
- Prepare detailed overtime reports and oversee food and fare processing for employees.
- Administer EOBI (Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution) and PESSI (Punjab Employees Social Security Institution) contributions, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Maintain and update the Life Insurance sheet for all eligible employees.
- Process overtime payments specifically for workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Issue food tokens and manage the disbursement of food and fare payments to employees.
- Prepare full and final settlements, including verification and processing to ensure smooth employee exits.
- Handle payroll processing and salary disbursement, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Manage hiring and firing processes in coordination with relevant departments, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Oversee manpower management and ensure all workforce operations adhere strictly to labor law requirements and company standards.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in HR management software and advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
- Proven experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and benefits administration.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements relevant to workforce management.
- Ability to efficiently handle sensitive employee data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with employees, management, and external agencies.
