Business Development Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Immigration Consultant to provide expert guidance on a wide range of immigration matters. This role involves advising clients on visa applications, green card processes, and citizenship procedures while driving business growth through relationship-building and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload, collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance, and contribute to the overall success of our immigration services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and personalized guidance to clients on immigration-related issues, including visa applications, green card processing, and citizenship procedures.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their immigration needs are met with exceptional customer service and support throughout the process.
- Actively participate in marketing efforts such as organizing and presenting at seminars, webinars, and engaging in social media campaigns to promote immigration services and attract new clientele.
- Manage a comprehensive caseload of clients, ensuring all immigration applications and petitions are processed accurately and within established timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure all immigration services comply with current laws and regulations, while staying informed about changes in immigration policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in immigration consulting or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of visa applications, green card processes, and citizenship procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
