Associate Manager – Microsoft Dynamics

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Systems Coordinator to manage and support the bakery’s software infrastructure built on Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP). This role is critical in ensuring seamless backend operations, system access management, and overall system reliability across multiple bakery outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, coordinating with IT teams, maintaining user roles and permissions, and providing training and support to bakery staff. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to travel to various outlets as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage backend operations and system access for the bakery software built on Microsoft Dynamics, including CRM and ERP modules.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs or system issues reported by branch teams or operations staff promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate closely with IT and development teams to facilitate system improvements and escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Maintain and update user roles, permissions, and workflow configurations within Microsoft Dynamics to ensure appropriate access and operational efficiency.
- Provide training and ongoing support to bakery staff on basic system usage, including report generation and navigation of the software.
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the system across multiple bakery outlets, ensuring consistent performance and reliability.
- Generate and analyze performance reports from the system, delivering actionable insights to management to support business decisions.
- Develop a strong understanding of bakery operations, including POS systems, inventory management, billing processes, and staff roles, to better align system support with operational needs.
- Manage backend systems, databases, and user access configurations to maintain data integrity and security.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including branch teams and IT personnel, to resolve system-related problems efficiently.
- Travel to bakery outlets as required to provide hands-on system support and training.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing backend operations and system access within Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical issues reported by end-users.
- Experience in maintaining user roles, permissions, and workflow configurations in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to train and support non-technical staff in system usage and report generation.
- Good understanding of POS systems, inventory control, billing, and staff roles specific to bakery or retail operations.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with branch teams, operations staff, and IT/development teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel to multiple bakery outlets to provide on-site support.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Basic knowledge of SQL or experience with backend database queries to assist in data management and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
