Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer with expertise in cloud optimization and FinOps to create insightful, well-researched content that educates and engages technical audiences. The ideal candidate will craft a variety of content types, including blog posts, tutorials, product walkthroughs, and comparison pieces, translating complex cloud concepts into clear, compelling language. This role requires close collaboration with product experts and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and resonates across different stages of the user journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality content such as blog posts, web articles, feature walkthroughs, tutorials, role-based use cases, comparison pieces, and educational materials focused on cloud optimization and FinOps.
- Clearly and concisely explain technical features and cloud-related concepts, including FinOps practices, cloud cost optimization, waste detection and automation, rightsizing, forecasting, and product feature applications.
- Follow detailed content briefs, keyword lists, and outlines provided by the team to ensure consistency and SEO alignment.
- Simplify complex technical topics to make them accessible and engaging for technical readers such as SREs, Cloud Engineers, and CTOs.
- Support content creation across all stages of the user journey—awareness, consideration, and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with product experts and marketing teams to gather insights, validate technical accuracy, and align messaging with overall brand tone and strategy.
- Maintain clarity, structure, and relevance in all written materials, catering to both technical and business audiences.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and best writing practices.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience writing technical content for cloud SaaS products, DevOps, FinOps, infrastructure management tools, IT service providers, or cloud consultancies.
- Strong familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, especially their billing, cost optimization, and infrastructure services.
- Ability to write effectively for technical personas including SREs, Cloud Architects, FinOps teams, and CTOs.
- Demonstrated experience producing diverse content types: blog posts, web pages, tutorials, product walkthroughs, and whitepapers.
- Excellent research and interview skills to extract and transform insights from engineers and technical documentation into engaging content.
- Exceptional command of English with the ability to explain complex technical terms in clear, reader-friendly language.
- Comfortable writing long-form technical articles that maintain clarity, accuracy, and reader engagement.
