Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and deliver comprehensive HR functions, including HR operations, payroll, commissions, recruitment, and training & development. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage HR technology solutions, lead a diverse HR team, and drive continuous improvements across all HR processes. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison for HR technology initiatives, ensuring compliance with US data protection laws and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR functions such as HR operations, payroll, commission processing, recruitment, and training & development programs.
- Oversee intake and requirements gathering, system analysis, configuration, and ongoing support of HR technology solutions including Time and Attendance, Employee Records, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Payroll, and Commission systems.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR partners regarding technology requests, prioritization of work, project execution, and operational support services.
- Manage the HR team comprising Assistant Managers, Executives, Officers, and TOs by setting annual goals, conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching and mentoring, and supporting their professional growth.
- Collaborate with the Management Team to drive continuous process improvements in Talent Acquisition & Management, HR Operations, Payroll, and Commission functions.
- Lead daily support activities for ADP applications, including release management, operational support, and reporting & analytics.
- Ensure all HR systems and processes comply with US data protection regulations.
- Partner with US-HR and other departments to design and implement user-friendly processes, training materials, and documentation.
- Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions and resolve issues effectively.
- Develop and maintain a multiyear HR roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the HR portfolio, including scheduling, issue and risk management, budget oversight, and reporting.
- Utilize expertise in International Recruitment & Selection (USA), onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Management, HRMS software, Organizational Development, and Training & Development.
- Leverage technology to address HR challenges and advance strategic initiatives.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across all organizational levels.
- Handle multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen combined with analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Lead company-wide HR solution implementations and process re-engineering efforts.
- Conduct data research and analysis to develop and present effective HR solutions.
- Take initiative and lead improvements independently with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing comprehensive HR functions including payroll, recruitment, and training & development.
- Strong knowledge of HR technology systems such as ADP, HRMS, and related platforms.
- Experience managing and developing HR teams with diverse roles and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with US data protection laws and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and technology implementations in HR.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in international recruitment and onboarding processes, particularly within the USA.
