Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Operations Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end management of Amazon FBA and Shopify dropshipping businesses. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in product sourcing, listing optimization, and account management across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will drive growth by identifying profitable product opportunities, managing private label launches, and optimizing storefront performance to maximize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of Amazon FBA and Shopify dropshipping operations, ensuring seamless execution from product discovery to customer delivery.
- Conduct data-driven product research on Amazon and other marketplaces to identify high-potential, profitable product opportunities.
- Launch and manage Amazon Private Label products, overseeing all stages including sourcing, sampling, production, and ranking optimization.
- Develop and optimize product listings with a strong focus on SEO, keyword strategy, and conversion rate optimization to enhance visibility and sales performance.
- Manage the Amazon Seller Central account, including inventory control, pricing strategies, PPC campaign management, and compliance with platform policies.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers and manufacturers to streamline sourcing, sample evaluation, and production timelines.
- Build and maintain Shopify storefronts, handling theme setup, app integrations, and continuous conversion rate improvements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales volume, profit margins, ROI, and advertising effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.
- Design and implement A/B testing for product pages, pricing models, and advertising creatives to optimize customer engagement and revenue.
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure a positive and consistent experience across all sales channels.
- Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices related to Amazon and Shopify platforms to maintain competitive advantage.
- Utilize Shopify apps including Oberlo, DSers, Klaviyo, and ReConvert to enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Amazon FBA and Shopify dropshipping businesses with a track record of driving sales growth.
- Strong expertise in product research, sourcing, and private label product launches.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central management, including inventory, pricing, PPC campaigns, and compliance.
- Skilled in SEO, keyword optimization, and conversion rate optimization for product listings.
- Experience building and optimizing Shopify storefronts with app integrations and theme customization.
- Ability to analyze sales data and advertising metrics to make informed business decisions.
- Excellent project management and supplier coordination skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Shopify apps such as Oberlo, DSers, Klaviyo, and ReConvert.
