Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project & Service Manager to act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery. This role demands a proactive professional who can manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and uphold the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be adept at monitoring performance metrics, driving continuous improvement, and aligning technical execution with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
As the main point of contact for clients, you will facilitate clear and effective communication between external stakeholders and internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project and service deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet rigorous quality benchmarks. This involves coordinating efforts across engineering, data, and project management teams to maintain smooth execution.

You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), analyze results, and implement initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. Managing issue resolution and escalation processes will be critical to maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will work closely with Data Engineering and Development teams to ensure that technical delivery aligns with overarching business goals.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in a Technical Project & Service Manager role or a similar client-facing position. Strong project management capabilities and the ability to coordinate diverse teams are essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively engage with stakeholders and resolve challenges.

Hands-on experience with SLA management, performance reporting, and managing stakeholder expectations is crucial. The role demands the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with Data Engineering concepts or experience managing data and analytics teams will be highly advantageous. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure is desirable, as is an understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data governance frameworks.
