Technical Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to provide expert guidance and leadership to our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions using a modern technology stack including Node.js, Vue.js, Python, and AWS services. This role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent leadership abilities to drive the successful execution of our product roadmap and foster a collaborative, innovative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Lead, you will oversee the technical direction of projects and ensure alignment with business goals. You will architect and develop robust backend and frontend solutions, leveraging Node.js for backend services and Vue.js (Vue 3) for responsive user interfaces. Your expertise will extend to serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda and AWS Amplify, enabling scalable cloud-native applications.

Collaboration is critical in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and develop a cohesive architecture strategy. Utilizing a broad range of AWS services—including RDS/MySQL, AppSync/GraphQL, DynamoDB, Cognito, API Gateway, CloudFormation, Glue Jobs, and SNS—you will design and manage data storage, authentication, and communication components to ensure reliability and security.

Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies is essential to maintain a competitive technology stack. You will champion best practices in software development, including rigorous code reviews, comprehensive testing, and thorough documentation. Additionally, mentoring and coaching team members will be a key part of your role, helping to nurture their professional growth and enhance overall team performance.

Required Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js (Vue 3) for building dynamic and responsive front-end applications.
- Practical experience working with AWS Amplify, AWS Lambda, and other serverless components.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and deploying applications on AWS.
- Expertise in API design, including REST and GraphQL, as well as microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Experience managing relational databases, specifically RDS and MySQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of Web Sockets and real-time communication technologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of AWS services such as RDS/MySQL, AppSync/GraphQL, DynamoDB, Cognito, API Gateway, CloudFormation, Glue Jobs, and SNS.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills paired with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, capable of guiding and developing a high-performing team.
