Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role focuses on creating compelling visual assets across various digital and print platforms to support paid social, display, email, event, and sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for innovation, including leveraging AI tools to enhance creative output. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure all visuals align with brand standards and campaign objectives, driving engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static and motion advertisements for paid social media, display networks, and remarketing campaigns, ensuring visuals are optimized for performance and brand consistency.
- Develop email graphics, hero images, and modular templates aimed at increasing user engagement and click-through rates.
- Produce trade-show graphics such as booth designs, banners, handouts, and screen content that effectively communicate brand messaging in live event settings.
- Create sales collateral including one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks that support sales initiatives and align with overall brand goals.
- Design web and landing page assets like banners, icons, and other visuals to enhance conversion rates and support SEO strategies.
- Manage project timelines from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring all assets are produced on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design elements with messaging strategies and performance targets.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently, iterating designs based on performance data and campaign results.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines and templates within Figma and SharePoint to ensure consistency across all design outputs.
- Deliver production-ready files suitable for both print and digital distribution.
- Organize digital assets using consistent naming conventions, version control, and thorough documentation to streamline workflows.
- Share process improvements, design checklists, and lessons learned with the broader team to foster continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Figma for UI/UX and collaborative design work.
- Demonstrated experience designing marketing assets across multiple channels such as paid advertisements, email campaigns, event graphics, and sales collateral.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, branding principles, and messaging to create impactful and cohesive designs.
- Solid project management and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with performance marketing concepts including UTM parameters, A/B testing methodologies, and campaign analytics to inform design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere is a plus.
