Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Test Automation Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with test leads to drive the adoption of standardized Shift Left DevSecOps practices, ensuring early and continuous integration of security and quality in the development lifecycle. This role requires a strong background in developing comprehensive test strategies and designing robust test automation frameworks across mobile, web, and API platforms. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our quality assurance processes through data-driven insights and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with test leads to promote and implement standardized Shift Left DevSecOps methodologies, fostering a culture of early testing and security integration.
- Develop and execute test strategies tailored for mobile applications, web platforms, and APIs, ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficiency.
- Design and build scalable test automation frameworks that align with project requirements and industry best practices.
- Evaluate build versus buy options for testing frameworks, leveraging expertise to make informed decisions that optimize resources and outcomes.
- Utilize key test metrics, including DORA metrics, to monitor, measure, and continuously improve software quality and delivery performance.
- Create detailed, clear, and effective test cases that support thorough validation of software functionality and performance.
- Lead and manage testing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex testing challenges.
- Maintain a consistent track record of excellence in quality assurance and testing, contributing to the overall success of the development lifecycle.

- Proven experience in developing test strategies and automation frameworks for mobile, web, and API testing environments.
