Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and implement robust automation frameworks for our products, ensuring high-quality delivery with a strong focus on reducing manual testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with contact center telephony and CRM technologies, and be proficient in Cyara, Selenium, JavaScript, and GitHub. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product owners, scrum masters, and developers, to align testing strategies with business needs and sprint goals within a DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver automation frameworks that enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to minimize repetitive manual testing tasks.
- Utilize Cyara to create test automation scripts, build test suites, configure test environments, and orchestrate test execution.
- Contribute to the overall test strategy by developing test plans, defining metrics, and coordinating execution to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate as an active member of scrum teams to deliver automation solutions aligned with sprint objectives and support continuous integration and deployment practices.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, QA/UAT stories, and acceptance criteria that align with product increments and development cycles.
- Work closely with project teams to understand system architecture and business requirements, shaping the automation test strategy accordingly.
- Partner with product owners and scrum masters to define clear acceptance criteria for testing activities.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of voice/CRM applications, call flows, and business requirements.
- Act as a change agent by promoting continuous improvement in performance testing strategies and methodologies.
- Maintain strong relationships across teams to ensure automation solutions meet evolving business needs and gain adoption.
- Advocate for best practices in automated test framework development, including code reviews and source control management.
- Coordinate end-to-end testing efforts across multiple product and domain teams to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Document and track test artifacts using tools such as Jira and source code control systems.
- Manage and maintain tools essential for test development, including source control, test management, and release systems.
- Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure alignment between requirements and testing.
- Communicate project obstacles proactively to raise awareness and prevent delays.
- Perform manual testing as necessary to complement automated efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in automated testing within contact center telephony and CRM technologies, including Voice, IVR, Call Routing, CTI, and Agent Desktop systems.
- Proven expertise in API testing.
- Strong proficiency in Cyara for test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, JavaScript, and GitHub.
- Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge of integration testing and end-to-end system processes.
- Skilled in developing technical documentation for applications and systems.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a face-to-face team environment.
- Experience designing and building automation test frameworks and converting manual testing processes into automated solutions.
