Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Amazon FBA Account Manager to oversee and optimize our Amazon marketplace presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of Amazon FBA accounts, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and advertising campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of Amazon’s ecosystem, excellent analytical abilities, and a customer-focused mindset to drive sales growth and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon FBA accounts by maintaining accurate and compelling product listings, implementing effective pricing strategies, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet demand.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify profitable niches and trending products, enabling the business to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Optimize product listings using SEO best practices to enhance visibility, improve search rankings, and boost sales performance.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data regularly to uncover areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies.
- Develop and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) and sponsored ads, to maximize return on ad spend and increase product exposure.
- Stay current with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and platform updates to ensure full compliance and avoid account issues.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to devise and execute strategies aimed at scaling the FBA business and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve any issues to uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in managing Amazon FBA accounts with a track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
- Deep understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, seller policies, and tools such as Seller Central, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in keyword research and listing optimization techniques to improve product discoverability and conversion rates.
- Expertise in planning, launching, and managing Amazon advertising campaigns, including PPC and sponsored ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and engage with customers professionally.
