Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage vendor and supplier accounts, maintain accurate financial records, and support daily operational reporting for a poultry farm. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of handling cash transactions, and experienced in coordinating with consultants for financial documentation and compliance. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy, timely processing of payments, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive account details and ledgers for vendors and suppliers, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently to create, update, and manage spreadsheets that track financial data and operational metrics.
- Review daily reports related to poultry farm operations, analyze data trends, and assist in report development to support management decisions.
- Manage daily cash handling activities, including recording transactions and reconciling account statements to ensure financial accuracy.
- Coordinate with external consultants to finalize important documents such as company returns and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle banking responsibilities by depositing cheques and payments promptly, maintaining proper documentation for all transactions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintaining financial records and managing vendor/supplier accounts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing operational reports, preferably within an agricultural or poultry farm setting.
- Competence in handling cash transactions and reconciling daily account statements.
- Familiarity with coordinating financial documentation and compliance processes, including tax returns and company filings.
- Ability to manage banking activities such as cheque deposits and payment processing efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial and operational records.
