CCTV Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join our security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring live and recorded surveillance footage to identify and report any suspicious or unauthorized activities. This role requires maintaining accurate logs, ensuring the functionality of all surveillance equipment, and collaborating closely with the security team to support timely responses. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage continuously to detect and report any suspicious, unauthorized, or unusual activities promptly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all incidents, observations, and routine activities during shifts to support security operations and investigations.
- Regularly inspect all cameras and surveillance equipment to confirm they are fully operational; promptly report any malfunctions or technical issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the security team by providing real-time updates and reporting issues that require immediate on-ground intervention.
- Provide recorded footage as requested by authorized personnel to assist with internal investigations or external inquiries.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, privacy laws, and regulations while conducting surveillance and handling sensitive information.
- Maintain a high level of alertness and focus throughout all assigned shifts to ensure continuous and effective monitoring.
