Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Outreach Specialist to design and implement strategic lead generation campaigns primarily through LinkedIn and email channels. This role focuses on driving high-quality B2B leads by managing outbound prospecting efforts, personalizing communication, and leveraging various sales and marketing tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting compelling messaging, conducting in-depth prospect research, and optimizing outreach strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Collaboration with the sales team to align efforts and provide actionable insights is a key component of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email to effectively promote our services and generate interest.
- Manage outbound prospecting activities to build meaningful connections and consistently generate high-quality leads.
- Personalize messaging and follow-up sequences to enhance engagement and improve conversion rates across campaigns.
- Identify and research high-potential prospects using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant databases.
- Conduct comprehensive research to understand prospect needs, industry trends, and potential pain points, enabling tailored outreach.
- Qualify and prioritize leads based on established criteria to focus efforts on the most promising opportunities.
- Utilize a variety of tools including HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly.ai, Mailchimp, Expandi, and others to scale and automate outreach processes.
- Perform A/B testing on subject lines, calls-to-action (CTAs), email templates, and timing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, conversions, and lead progression within the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of lead generation strategies and share detailed lead intelligence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and interactions within CRM systems.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign outcomes, pipeline growth, and other relevant KPIs to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, outbound marketing, or email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft personalized and compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Proficiency in using outreach and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels, marketing automation, and lead nurturing best practices.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage prospects and collaborate with internal teams effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
