Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ERP Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining various ERP modules including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Manufacturing. This role requires close collaboration with business users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure the ERP system operates efficiently and meets evolving business needs. Strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects and teams are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Manufacturing. You will work directly with key business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, define system enhancements, and deliver tailored ERP solutions that align with organizational goals.

Collaborate closely with ERP vendors and external consultants to maintain system stability and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. This includes monitoring system performance, conducting root-cause analyses, and recommending improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Develop and deliver comprehensive end-user training programs, manuals, and documentation to support smooth adoption and effective use of the ERP system across departments. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, addressing complex user queries and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance by adhering to company policies and industry standards. Participate actively in ERP upgrade or migration projects, leading minor enhancement initiatives to continuously improve system functionality.

Design and develop reports and dashboards using built-in ERP tools or third-party business intelligence solutions to provide actionable insights for decision-makers. Manage change requests, coordinate testing, and oversee deployment activities in partnership with IT and business teams to ensure seamless transitions.

Required Qualifications
Proven hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is essential. A strong functional understanding of ERP modules, particularly Finance, Supply Chain Management, HR, and Manufacturing, is required.

Experience as an Implementation or Functional Consultant, with a track record of successfully delivering ERP projects, is highly valued. Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and ERP report generation is necessary to support data-driven decision-making.

Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively are critical. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are required to navigate complex business and technical challenges.

The candidate should have experience managing small teams or external consultants, ensuring collaboration and accountability. Familiarity with business process mapping and documentation tools will aid in translating business requirements into system configurations.
