Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmaceutical supplies to maintain adequate levels.
- Maintain patient records and prescription documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries and guiding them on medication usage under pharmacist supervision.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards to prevent medication errors and ensure patient safety.
- Operate pharmacy equipment and software systems to process prescriptions and maintain records.
- Support the pharmacy team in daily operational tasks to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician training program or certification is preferred.
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license or certification as required by state or local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, medication names, and dosage calculations.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy software and basic computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with patients, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
