Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. This role is pivotal in preparing new sales representatives for success by delivering comprehensive orientation, coaching, and ongoing training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing tailored coaching plans, facilitating training sessions, and supporting the sales team to meet and exceed financial objectives. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, analyze market strategies, and contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare new sales representatives by conducting thorough orientation sessions covering the sales process. Develop individualized coaching plans and provide necessary resources and support. Schedule orientation drive-alongs with senior sales representatives to enhance practical learning.
- Lead exercise and training sessions for both new hires and current sales employees to continuously improve skills and performance.
- Identify and propose potential business deals by reaching out to prospective partners and exploring new market opportunities.
- Evaluate potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, financial viability, and overall potential to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Observe sales interactions and collect detailed feedback, performance data, and results from trainees to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with other sales trainers and sales managers to ensure consistent training standards and alignment with sales objectives.
- Design and implement structured training plans that support the achievement of financial targets and organizational growth.
- Manage the hiring and onboarding process for new sales trainees, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices by engaging in continuous learning through educational opportunities and professional publications.
- Enhance the organization’s reputation by taking ownership of new initiatives, addressing unique requests, and seeking opportunities to add value beyond standard responsibilities.
- Comply with all company policies, standards, and procedures while performing job duties to maintain a professional and ethical work environment.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing sales deals.
- Strong ability to measure and analyze performance metrics effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in building, developing, and coaching high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills with a high level of energy and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to navigate complex political environments within organizations and markets.
- Capable of working independently while also thriving as a collaborative team player.
- Proficient in analyzing financial data and preparing detailed financial reports, statements, and projections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience or familiarity with HubSpot CRM is highly desirable.
- Educational background in Computer Sciences or a related field is a plus.
