Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in landscaping and civil engineering projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role requires strong coordination with architects, designers, clients, and on-site teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. The candidate must possess a solid technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple aspects of project execution simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and manage landscaping and civil engineering projects throughout all phases, from initiation to successful completion.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and on-site personnel to ensure project plans are implemented smoothly and accurately.
- Oversee civil engineering activities including landscape development, installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, and paving works.
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met while upholding quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and suppliers, facilitating clear communication and seamless coordination.
- Ensure all work complies with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) regulations and relevant construction codes.
- Address and resolve on-site challenges by applying practical and effective engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage the timely acquisition of materials and services required for project completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all project-related activities for accountability and future reference.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc Civil Engineering only).
- Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning tools, and quality control standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and make decisions effectively under pressure.
- Proven capability to independently manage on-site activities and lead project teams to achieve objectives.
- Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Project is highly desirable.
