Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ERP Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in configuring, testing, and deploying ERP solutions across multiple functional areas including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and HR. This role requires a strong ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring seamless ERP implementations and ongoing system optimization. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP modules, focusing on Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and HR functionalities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ERP solutions that align with operational needs. Provide functional support and training to end-users, ensuring they understand ERP processes and system features to maximize adoption and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues by coordinating with vendors or developers as necessary. Participate actively in system upgrades, patches, and module enhancements to maintain system performance and relevance. Monitor data integrity and support critical tasks such as data migration, reporting, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
Document workflows, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate consistent system use and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP functionality aligns with business operations and complies with company policies and audit standards. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights to management, supporting informed decision-making.
Lead ERP implementation projects, driving process optimization and acting as a liaison between technical teams and business users. Continuously seek opportunities to improve business processes through ERP capabilities, ensuring the system supports evolving organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
Proven hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is essential. Strong knowledge of Production and Retail modules within ERP systems is required. Demonstrated experience in ERP implementation and functional consulting, with a comprehensive understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, production, and HR domains.
Proficiency in SQL, data querying, and ERP reporting tools is necessary to support data analysis and reporting tasks. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are critical for diagnosing and resolving system issues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
The ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is important. Practical experience with recognized ERP systems beyond Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
