Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for regulatory platforms within our organization. This role involves resolving technical issues, configuring systems, and maintaining regulatory compliance tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint, Office365, and Veeva Vault, along with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for regulatory platforms, focusing on timely issue resolution and system configuration to maintain operational effectiveness.
- Design, create, and configure SharePoint webpages tailored to support regulatory workflows and enhance user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, managing support tickets through the ServiceNow platform to ensure proper tracking and resolution.
- Collaborate proactively with IT departments and business stakeholders to understand and support changing regulatory requirements and platform enhancements.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and address technical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to regulatory operations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with end-users and team members to provide updates, gather requirements, and deliver solutions.
- Leverage expertise in Office365, SharePoint, and Veeva Vault to optimize platform performance and support regulatory compliance initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for regulatory or compliance-related IT platforms.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating and managing SharePoint webpages, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Office365 suite and Veeva Vault platform functionalities.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with both technical teams and business users.
- Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and support continuous improvements in platform capabilities.
