Technology Risk and Governance (First Line) - Program Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee cross-functional teams and large-scale technology projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes aligned with both technical requirements and customer expectations. This role demands strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills to drive project success and maintain transparency with senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, projects, budgets, and resource allocation to guarantee timely and successful delivery.
- Lead projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with technical objectives and customer goals.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize budget and operating plans to maximize resource efficiency and project deliverables.
- Provide expert guidance on complex challenges and lead functional teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Deliver large-scale technology initiatives within defined scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks while uncovering opportunities across multiple concurrent projects.

Required Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and practical experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, or familiarity with traditional software development life cycle models.
- Strong foundation in traditional project management principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, direct, and execute multiple large-scale, complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills to manage stakeholder expectations and team dynamics.
- Familiarity with technology risk management, governance frameworks, relevant tools, and metrics reporting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
