Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse and Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This role involves managing and analyzing data related to inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations to optimize efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, this position requires leadership skills to guide warehouse staff and take accountability for stock integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Process, analyze, and manage data concerning inventory levels, logistics activities, and overall supply chain operations to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Identify inefficiencies within warehouse and logistics workflows, recommending actionable improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records for inventory, shipments, and all compliance-related documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments, including order processing and stock management teams, to facilitate smooth supply chain tracking and timely stock updates.
- Monitor stock levels continuously, track product movement throughout the supply chain, and ensure inventory accuracy to prevent discrepancies.
- Plan, organize, and oversee inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating closely with transporters and logistics providers to guarantee timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Ensure the warehouse layout is optimized for operational efficiency, including proper labeling and storage practices that promote easy accessibility and inventory management.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety, security, and regulatory guidelines within warehouse operations to maintain a safe working environment and compliance with legal standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment focused on operational excellence.
- Take full responsibility for any incidents of stock loss, theft, or damage, implementing and monitoring preventive measures to minimize risks and protect company assets.
