Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related operational matters within our organization. This role involves providing guidance and support to employees while ensuring the smooth management of HR processes and maintaining accurate employee records. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central liaison for all HR operational inquiries, offering timely guidance and support to employees on various HR matters.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, induction, and exit procedures, to guarantee a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
- Administer all medical insurance-related activities such as employee additions and deletions, claims processing, and coordination with insurance providers to ensure prompt and effective resolution of claims.
- Serve as the HR focal point for medical insurance matters, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and assisting employees with related questions and concerns.
- Support the preparation and analysis of HR reports and data, providing valuable insights to management to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, corporate events, and team-building activities that reflect and promote the organization’s culture and values.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent adherence across the organization.
- Support HR audits and compliance efforts by staying informed about current employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Handle all confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Provide foundational support in performance management processes, including tracking review timelines, collecting appraisal data, and assisting both managers and employees in understanding performance review procedures.
