Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and responsible driver to join our team and ensure the safe operation of company vehicles for a variety of office-related tasks. This role primarily involves transporting employees, delivering important documents, and handling other logistical duties with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and ensure all vehicles are in excellent working condition. Additionally, the driver will be responsible for adhering to traffic laws and maintaining accurate trip and vehicle records.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport employees, deliver documents, and carry out other logistical assignments as required.
- Perform regular inspections and routine maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they remain in optimal condition. Report any damages or mechanical issues promptly to the relevant department.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and minimize delays, demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all trips, including deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle inspections.
- Comply fully with all local traffic laws and regulations to maintain safety and avoid violations.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the vehicle, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for passengers and cargo.
- Follow all company safety protocols during vehicle operation to reduce risks and promote a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean and verifiable driving record.
- Proven experience in professional driving or a related role, demonstrating reliability and responsibility behind the wheel.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws, safe driving practices, and defensive driving techniques.
- Ability to effectively plan routes and manage time to meet scheduled appointments and deliveries.
- Basic skills in record-keeping to maintain accurate documentation related to trips, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.
- Commitment to maintaining vehicle cleanliness and adhering to safety standards at all times.
