Eushbi.com, a pioneering herbal beverage brand committed to promoting clean and healthy living, is rapidly expanding its e-commerce operations. We are looking for a diligent and experienced Operations Executive to oversee and enhance our courier operations, with a strong focus on minimizing product returns. This role is critical in managing daily logistics, coordinating with courier partners, and ensuring a smooth delivery process that elevates customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
The Operations Executive will be responsible for monitoring and managing daily dispatches, deliveries, and returns to maintain seamless operations. You will work closely with courier companies such as Leopards, TCS, POSTEX, and Rider to streamline delivery processes and resolve any issues that arise. Promptly addressing challenges like late deliveries, lost parcels, and customer complaints is essential to this role.

Additionally, you will analyze the reasons behind product returns and develop strategies to reduce return-to-origin (RTO) losses, thereby improving overall operational performance. Maintaining accurate inventory records and dispatch logs is crucial to ensure transparency and support decision-making.

Timely order fulfillment is a key focus, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction. You will also communicate effectively with the support team to manage order escalations and delivery challenges. Providing weekly reports on return rates, delivery performance, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) will help inform management and guide continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have proven experience in operations management, ideally within the e-commerce or logistics sectors. Strong organizational skills are necessary to juggle multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders efficiently.
