Data Entry Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Clifton. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with strong MS Excel skills, excellent typing speed and accuracy, and hands-on experience in web searching and data scraping. The position requires the ability to create and maintain customized product definition categories while demonstrating excellent organizational skills and the capacity to stay focused on assigned tasks. The role operates on an evening/night shift schedule and requires on-site presence at our Clifton location.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks primarily using MS Excel.
- Conduct thorough web searches and utilize data scraping techniques to gather relevant information.
- Develop and maintain customized product definition categories tailored to support business requirements.
- Systematically organize and manage data to ensure easy accessibility and accuracy.
- Maintain concentration and meet deadlines consistently while working during the night shift.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to manage complex data operations.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy to ensure timely and error-free task completion.
- Solid knowledge of web searching strategies and familiarity with data scraping tools.
- Experience in creating and maintaining customized product categories.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused on tasks for extended periods.
- A minimum of 8 to 12 months of relevant experience in data entry and data scraping is required.
- Willingness and ability to work evening or night shifts as per the schedule.
- Must be available to work on-site at the Clifton location.
- At least one year of experience in data entry and data scraping is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
