Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and articulate individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives for our US-based operations. This position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience who are eager to start or advance their careers in the BPO industry. Comprehensive training and development will be provided to ensure your success in this role. As a Call Center Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for international clients, handling both inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 3, Karachi, with night shift hours from 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM to align with US business timings.

Key Responsibilities
- Professionally and courteously manage customer interactions over the phone.
- Follow established communication scripts and adhere strictly to standard operating procedures.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions to maintain detailed records.
- Meet and exceed performance targets related to call handling time, call quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of intermediate (A-levels/FA/FSc) or higher.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts from 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
