Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and skilled Accounts and Admin Officer to join our team at one of our locations in Okara, Sahiwal, or Raiwind. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
The Accounts and Admin Officer will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial data and supporting the company’s operational goals. Key duties include reconciling accounts between the company and its customers to ensure accuracy and transparency. Managing client ledgers and maintaining up-to-date financial records will be essential to this role. The officer will assist in the development and implementation of organizational strategies, contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Daily responsibilities include preparing funds management reports to aid in financial planning and handling month-end closing entries along with any necessary adjustments. The role also requires systematic recording and tracking of expenses and reimbursements. Regular preparation and monitoring of profit and loss statements will be expected to provide insight into financial performance.

Compliance is a critical aspect of this position. The officer must ensure adherence to corporate laws and taxation regulations. Additionally, maintaining and updating employee profiles and related documentation will be part of the administrative duties. The candidate will also assist with audits and internal reviews as needed and perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is required to efficiently manage financial data and documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and team members. We seek a candidate who is punctual, honest, hardworking, and proactive in their approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with recovery procedures and familiarity with ERP systems will be considered an advantage. The company offers competitive compensation with a monthly salary of up to Rs 60,000. Additional benefits include company-provided accommodation or food allowances, enhancing the overall employment package. The position requires working on-site at the designated locations.
