Surveillance Officer

Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and vigilant Surveillance Officer to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time, onsite position involves monitoring live CCTV footage from retail stores based in the United States during day shifts. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, the ability to detect suspicious behavior, and strong skills in documenting and reporting incidents accurately. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in U.S. surveillance or back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to continuously monitor live CCTV feeds from multiple retail locations across the U.S. The Surveillance Officer must be able to promptly identify and report any incidents such as theft, fraud, or breaches of company policies. Accurate and clear incident reporting is essential, requiring the preparation of concise and detailed reports. Additionally, the officer will be responsible for ensuring that all surveillance equipment and systems are functioning correctly to maintain optimal monitoring conditions.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should ideally have experience in surveillance, security, or retail loss prevention. A strong attention to detail is critical, along with excellent skills in reporting and documentation. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is necessary to communicate effectively and prepare incident reports. Flexibility in working hours is important, as the role may require availability during weekends or varying shifts if needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience specifically related to U.S.-based surveillance operations will be considered a significant advantage. Candidates with a background in back-office or administrative roles will also be preferred. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000.
