Job Summary
Interactive Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a qualified female candidate for the position of Senior Human Resource Manager. This role is ideal for a career-oriented professional who will support the HR department by managing various functions such as job posting, coordinating initial interviews, guiding new hires through orientation, and overseeing the entire employee onboarding process. The successful candidate will also perform management duties to ensure staff receive the necessary support to work efficiently and effectively. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and providing timely feedback. Maintaining daily recruitment trackers and regularly updating candidate progress is essential to ensure a smooth hiring process.

This role also involves overseeing the onboarding process, conducting orientation sessions, and briefing new employees on company policies. The candidate will be tasked with collecting, verifying, and managing employee documentation while keeping personnel files up to date.

Accurate record-keeping of employee attendance and leave balances is critical, along with proper tracking and management of employee medical benefits. The HR Manager will address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote open communication across the organization.

Organizing employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention is another key responsibility. The role includes monitoring and evaluating employee performance, assisting with appraisals, and supporting review systems. Identifying training needs and coordinating development programs will help foster continuous employee growth.

The candidate will also develop, review, and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws, maintain up-to-date HR databases, and ensure meticulous record-keeping. Managing day-to-day office operations and handling official correspondence such as emails, letters, and phone calls will be part of the daily routine.

Preparing HR reports, presentations, and proposals for management review is expected. Additionally, the Senior HR Manager will manage employee resignations and complete exit procedures, including documentation and conducting exit interviews.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 3 to 4 years of experience in a senior HR role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- People-friendly personality with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and capability to manage conflict resolution efficiently.
- Experience with office management systems and procedures.
