We are looking for a dependable and skilled WordPress Developer to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining high-performance WordPress websites that meet our design and functional standards. This role requires a commitment of 3 to 4 hours of regular on-site work, with the exact location details to be provided during the interview. Outside of these hours, the candidate should be available remotely for urgent updates and communications, ensuring seamless website performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities
The WordPress Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive websites that provide an excellent user experience across devices. Customization of existing themes and plugins to fit specific project needs will be a core part of the role. The developer will also focus on optimizing website speed and performance while ensuring mobile responsiveness.

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly is essential to maintain site functionality. The role requires close collaboration with design and content teams to produce cohesive, visually appealing websites that align with brand standards. Additionally, the developer will ensure all websites are SEO-friendly and adhere to security best practices. Routine backups and system updates will be performed regularly to safeguard site integrity and security.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in WordPress development, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing their work. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL is essential to handle the technical demands of the role.

Familiarity with popular page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or similar tools is required to efficiently customize and build websites. A solid understanding of website speed optimization techniques and basic SEO practices is necessary to enhance site performance and visibility.

This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 to 4 hours of on-site presence daily, complemented by remote availability for urgent tasks. We provide a competitive monthly compensation of Rs 20,000.
