Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and surpassing sales targets at the store level. This involves closely monitoring daily sales performance and providing detailed reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Conducting consumer surveys is essential to gather valuable customer insights, which will inform strategies to enhance the customer experience and boost brand loyalty.
A critical part of the role is ensuring that Brand Ambassadors possess thorough product knowledge, enabling them to confidently and effectively promote the brand to customers. Maintaining a professional and polished appearance is also vital, as it reflects positively on the brand’s image. Clear and effective communication with both customers and team members is necessary to foster a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This full-time position is based at Al Fatah Store, Gold Crest Mall, DHA. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary ranging from Rs32,000 to Rs40,000 per month, complemented by commission incentives tied to sales performance. Additional benefits include a traveling allowance, annual bonuses, and overtime pay during periods of increased workload, providing financial rewards aligned with effort and results.
