Sales Executive (English Preferred)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Calling Executive to join our sales support team. This role focuses on proactively reaching out to small businesses across the U.S. to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate the value of our services, which include bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax support. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems are essential to manage and update lead information effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to small business prospects throughout the U.S.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our core services: bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax support
- Schedule appointments and follow up on warm leads to maintain engagement and move prospects through the sales funnel
- Meet daily targets for calls and email outreach activities
- Accurately maintain and update lead status and information within CRM systems to ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in cold calling or sales-related roles
- Fluent English communication skills with a neutral or light accent to ensure clarity and professionalism
- Confident, well-organized, and self-motivated with strong computer literacy and technology skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools for managing leads, tracking progress, and updating records

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or within the accounting services industry is highly desirable
- Skills in lead sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn and business directories will be an advantage
- This is a full-time, on-site position operating on a night shift schedule from 8 PM to 5 AM
- The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 100,000
- Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience to be considered
