Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telemarketing Executive to join the Marketing Department of our NGO. Key Responsibilities
The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to introduce the NGO’s mission and current campaigns to prospective donors, corporate partners, and community members. You will follow up on leads generated through various campaigns, events, and outreach activities, ensuring timely and professional engagement. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system is essential to track progress and inform strategy.

Additionally, you will assist in organizing fundraising drives and promotional events, contributing to the overall success of the department’s efforts. Meeting weekly and monthly outreach targets set by the marketing team is a critical aspect of this role. You will also respond promptly to inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about the organization’s initiatives, thereby fostering trust and enthusiasm among supporters.

Collaboration with the marketing team is key to supporting communication strategies and maintaining a consistent message. Throughout all interactions, you will uphold a positive image of the NGO by demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to our cause.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least an Intermediate level of education, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills are essential to effectively engage and motivate potential supporters. The ability to handle rejection gracefully while maintaining a positive and resilient attitude is crucial for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in telemarketing, fundraising, or customer service is highly desirable, as it will help you navigate conversations with confidence and empathy. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our EME Lahore office. The role offers a monthly salary of Rs. 40,000.
